Course Evaluations
Log in to Blue to access evaluation tasks. Evaluation periods and their corresponding tasks vary by session.
Tasks can also be accessed from within Canvas per the schedule outlined in the Evaluations Dates section of this page.
About Blue
Boise State switched from College Net’s WDYT to Blue by Explorance Spring Semester 2022. Blue permits the evaluation of primary instructors or teaching assistants (TAs) as assigned in PeopleSoft. Some historical Section-Instructor reports were migrated to Blue. Review Locating Historical Course Evaluation Reports in Blue for information on how to access these reports. You may also request any WDYT reports that are not present in your Blue account.
The Office of the Provost manages Courses Excluded from Evaluation. If your course does not require evaluation or if you or your department or college requires a change to evaluation questions, contact the Office of the Provost.
Evaluation Dates
Individual Section-Instructor reports are available on the dates specified for each term. We have an enrollment threshold of 5 students. You won’t be able to access reports if fewer than 5 students are enrolled.
Remaining reports are available after the last session of the term ends (typically a concurrent enrollment or a special session) and grades are posted. The remaining Spring 2025 reports will be available mid-June 2025 (no later than June 13).
Concurrent enrollment instructors teaching year-long courses that started in Fall 2024 will find their Section-Instructor reports in the Spring 2025 report batch available no later than June 13.

Special Sessions
Evaluation dates for special sessions (SP1 and SP2) are based on the following:
- Evaluation start date is the last date of the course.
- Evaluation end date is 10 days after the evaluation start date.
- Section-Instructor reports will be available on the 10th of the month after the evaluation closes.
